Well the main reason I asked was cause I figured the Braves were patiently waiting for an answer to that question to see if they should re-sign the NL home run leader....

Well they just did!! Ozuna signed with Braves!!!

Tampa Bay has a league high 8 players! Including the clear #1 Wander Franco and the prize of the Snell deal, #19 Luis Patino. So expect a down year from them before they come storming back to win the division in 2022.

Seattle is the next closest with 6. But we know they'll screw that up.

Jays better get moving if they want to add pitching. A ton of depth players are now flying off the market this week.

    Perez - Boston
    Colome - Min
    Hill - TB
    Kintzler - Phi
    Archer - TB

how much was Archers salary in that option year that the Pirates declined to pick up ? I always liked him , too bad the Jays missed out considering it only took a 1 year deal to get him signed

I'm not sure. But things didn't work out for him there. Pretty crazy to think he was traded for Meadows and Glasnow and has now signed back in Tampa.

I think they go the trade route to improve their pitching over signing more mediocre FAs.

Jays should be a fun team to watch. Seeing VGJ score from second on a single blew my mind. I didn't think he'd be that fast ever.
