I swear theres something going on with the Yankees hitting. I can't see a team being this good without a high level of sign stealing (not accusing of electronic sign stealing). They have been so hot for so long vs facing different styles of pitchers. Their hitters are picking stuff up on guys so quick and early.

Props to them if it's legal. The scouting teams, the vet hitters, and high talent on that squad have been really eating up pitchers.

Montoyo or Berrios said after the game that the breaking balls weren't breaking last night for Berrios so they switched to a more FB strategy and clearly CWS picked that up.

After yesterdays embarrassing showing by an Ump, Martinez (Jays coach) hands in the lineup card, talks to an ump and gets tossed BEFORE A FREAKING PITCH. He's tossed by an ump that he wasn't even talking too.

Like, yesterdays showing was so bad I question the guys sobriety and then tossing a guy before the first pitch almost screams, "I'm hungover, not dealing with you today bye"

Yep saw this and just saw a Jays coach was tossed before the game today.

According to that site, that was the worst umping performance of the season.

Few of my buddies were losing their minds. And obviously I want the game called properly but I also reminded my friends the Jays are the closest team to 0.0 when you look at team "Overall Favor" ........

Umps should be fined for below average games, and the further away from average you get the larger the fine. If you are consistently below average you'd eventually either demote yourself to AAA where I would assume the league avg is lower or you'd find yourself getting fined more than you make.

Except its unionized so it won't ever happen.

Idk about being just below average... but maybe after breaking some threshold of bad.

Schneider has been a manager for their minor league teams and has won with Vlad, Bo, and Teo while all 4 made their ways up through the minor system. Could be why.
