Jays sit 7th in the AL with 2.5 series to go here. The good news is the teams below the WC are Seattle, Baltimore and Detroit.

Man, the Jays are playing their Hyde tame. They need to find their Jekyll again. I'd still like to kick Charlie Montoya in the junk for pulling his starters too early. The bullpen has been great this year but it's catching up with them now.

Nice to see the Jays finally clinch that playoff spot.

I wont lie, even with the expanded format this year, I didn't expect it to happen. The shortened season was probably a bit of a blessing in helping them get in, but I'll take it none the less.

From here on out, no matter if they lose in the early round, the baseball from here on out is all gravy for these young Jays. To experience the post-season is something they can enjoy and build off of.

Great timing for the playoffs too. Right as the Stanley Cup is wrapping up!

I was hoping the White Sox held on to the 1 seed because I don't like their chances vs Tampa.... But yep as said above it'll be great for their core. Glad Pearson made it back too.

They went 4-6 against the Rays this short season so it's not completely out of the question that they can upset them in this series. They are pretty hot right now too so I am not writing them off by any means.

BIIIGGG Game 1. Jays steal game 1, MASSIVE. Ryu vs Snell likely.

No fans actually help the Jays a lot, the kids won't have the fans yelling at them hard.

Tuesday at 5pm, Wednesday at 4pm, Thursday TBD is the schedule.

Is Ryu now likely for Gm1? Most were saying he's more likely for Gm2, citing the need for additional rest.
Tampa might crush them, but, on paper, anyway, there's no reason Jays can't pull an upset here.
4-6 record in the season and majority of those games were decided by 1 run.

It's like every other game in Tampa.
