Forum posts go into spam email

Not sure why this is happening now, as it never did before a couple of days ago, and it could be something on my end.

Anyways, all the emails I receive of posts I've subscribed to go into my spam folder on gmail. No matter how many times I click it and say not spam, the next one goes right back there.

Is this a gmail problem, or something to do with the site?
