He'll meet with the Panthers Tuesday or Wednesday.
Now THIS is a great fit. I really think the Panthers will improve their win total drastically under him and he'll have a great first two or three years with them. After that, as with all coaches, I can see him losing the room. But this would be a good hire. Lots of young skilled players on this team in need of this.

I think Florida is the perfect fit for Bylsma. Young offensive minded club that needs to out score its opponents to win games. Sounds familiar enough that Danny B. will know exactly what to do with these guys.

Jim Benning saw first hand Bylsma's biggest weakness in the playoffs last year. So not all that surprised they aren't showing as much interest in Bylsma as some other teams are.
