I don't understand how Quick can possible only be the 14th best goalie option ROS. Especially with how well he's been playing lately.
Every Thursday, Justin Goldman posts his top thirty goalie rankings for the rest of the seaon. He ranks based on games played, wins, saves, and GAA and SP%. His caveat: "It is important to note that our rankings reflect sheer fantasy value, not talent. A less-talented goalie could be ranked higher due to their team's strong defense and offense."
Today he left out Pekka Rinne. Below is my guess at where he should be placed.
I also moved down Price given his injury/the team's careful handling in prep for the playoffs. I moved up Hiller, moved down Lu, and added Enroth.
I didn't look at schedule splits - home versus away, strength of opponents, likelihood of being rested, etc. (Nor did I look at any of the advanced stats like EVSV%, PKSV% or ASV%; or any of the sort Brian Macdonald plays with: http://www.greaterthanplusminus.com/p/goalies.html Feel free to do so.)
I sort of separated groups into gross tiers; in part to make it easier to look thru, but it also helped in thinking about the rankings.
