Studs:

Cory Conacher: The Sens forward had an assist on the Sens first goal of the game, and now has four points in his last four games, and seven points in his last 10. Last night, he also added a shot, a blocked shot and two hits.

Alex Ovechkin: Yes, he has no points in his last four games, but he's been a stud in other categories. During this streak, he has 15 hits and 31 shots. Last night, he finished with seven shots, six hits and two pims.

Antti Raanta: The Blackhawks goalie is showing there is no rush for Corey Crawford to come back. Last night, Raanta posted a 26-save shutout and is now 9-1-3 on the season. He's given up two goals or fewer in 11 of his 13 starts this season.

Seth Jones: The rookie defenceman had two assists last night, his second straight game he had two assists. He now has five points in his last four games after getting just one point in 14 games previously. Jones also finished with a plus-three and two shots last night.

Duds:

Jimmy Howard: The rumoured third goalie for Team USA came back last night, and gave up five goals on 28 shots in a loss to Nashville. This is the 13th time this season Howard has given up three or more goals in 21 starts.

Joakim Andersson: Andersson had a brutal night last night, not registering much. What stats he did get were all negative, as he finished with a minus-one and won just six of 18 faceoffs.

Mike Green: The Caps defenceman has had his troubles lately. He has just one point in his last four games, and is a minus-three in that span. Last night against the Sens, he had no points and was a minus-two.

Vincent Lecavalier: After getting an assist in his return from a back injury, Vinnie L. has been quiet. He has no points in his last three games. Last night, he contributed almost nothing, finishing with a minus-one, one shot, one hit, and one-for-three in the faceoff dot.
