Team in Sig. Would you do this trade?

I'm in 1st place so far this year. Got offered Hall, Letang, and Andrew Shaw for Nash, Scrivens, and Stepan. Seems like a no-brainer, but I don't want to sacrifice this year for the future... My goalie situation is good. My d situation is great (and would get greater!), and I'm basically just wondering if Hall is going to be a drop-off from Nash or not.... Hall does seem extremely injury-prone, and while Nash hasn't been exempt (see this year's concussion), he seems like the safer bet going forward.

However, if someone told me I could get Letang for Scrivens and Stepan at the beginning of this season (and even if there was a drop-off with Nash > Hall), I probably would've slapped him in the face, slapped myself in the face, and gone and bought a lottery ticket...

Do you think Hall can produce on par (or better) than Nash, even if Edmonton can't turn it around?

I have Stepan in my set-up and he always seems to be playing the same nights as Levalier and Koivu, and is picking up less points than either of them. Would you swap him for any of these FA:

    Hanzal
    Grabovski
    Johansson
    Legwand
    Or even maybe Cammelleri?

Seguin and Benn or RNH and Eberle for this year and after?

I'm in a limited keeper, where we keep a full line plus a goalie from season to season. As it stands, my keepers are Stamkos, Perry, D. Sedin, PK Subban, Letang, and Rask. Of course, I have a whirlwind of inquiries on Subban, but I don't think I should move him. Which tends to make me look towards his counterpart on my blue line - Kris Letang.

Letang is unreal when he's on, surrounded by top-tier talent and being one himself, he's a points machine. However, he's oft-injured and hasn't been playing out of this world so far this season. I can understand that right now he's getting unlucky as his shooting percentage is low and he usually piles on the assists, but with his fast pace style of play, he seems more and more susceptible to injuries. As noted in today's ramblings, in fantasy hockey we need consider the injury-proneness or Band-Aid status of a player.

So, in brief, should I try to shop Letang? He's got a ton of a value, albeit a bit low right now, but he is no contributor to my team when sitting on the IR. I have no need to make a move, but if Letang doesn't come out of the hole he's in, I feel I may miss that window of opportunity where he goes from Mike Green circa-2009 to Mike Green. Do I try to shop or stand pat?

    Thanks!

That's a good deal. Do it. Don't forget Shaw is a multi-cat stud and will help your hits. Hall, if I were to bet $$$, will beat Nash going forward this year. It's just a win through and through for you.

I would hold tight a bit longer. You don't want to lose what Stepan can do. More pressing for you is getting another defenseman. Don't expect Zidlicky to hold any value for much longer. He's already slowing. And you have no spare D. Also, your goalies shouldn't make you comfortable either. Ouch. I would be taking Koivu and a winger and trying to upgrade other positions (with a 2 for 1). Then with the spot you clear you can snap up Johansson

He can be a 45-point guy in a couple of years, but in WAS it looks like we have to wait on him. That makes him a heavy risk. Because of the KHL threat, I don't like it when Russian players are made to wait longer than they should. I was worried the Kings would do that with Voynov too (that crisis was averted, thankfully)

League in sig. Points only. Points carry over in trades. I'm in first place by two points. The guy in third is five points back, and the guy in fourth 19 points back.

Hall doesn't count for me yet, and Stamkos is out for a while. I get a lot of trade offers for those two, but they're low-ball, so I'm not going to bother. (As a note, Letang also doesn't count yet).

Instead, I am trying to trade Spezza to a guy doing a mini-rebuild. Is Spezza and Gaborik, or Spezza and a second too much for Zetterberg at this stage? Or am I better off waiting to see what happens with my team over the next month or two?

    pretty straight forward question.

Which of my team do you think is gonna hurt me going for the title this year.

    6 team league pts only

C: Krejci, M. Koivu, Turris, Sharp, Filppula
LW: Datsyuk, Duchene, Eriksson, Marleau, Cammaleri
RW: Ovechkin, Malkin, Voracek, Oshie, Vrbata,
D: Krug, Suter, Campbell, Streit, Pietrangelo
    G: Luongo, Price, Varlamov, Mason.

Anyone you would drop from here? Lot's of crap available on FA

Secondly, trying to trade for Staal, but haven't had success. What kind of offer you would make for E. Staal
The guy owning staal his team is this:

C: Crosby, Schenn, Kopitar, Staal, Getzlaf, Galchenyuk
LW: Dupuis, Raymond, Lucic, van Riemsdyk, Hudler, Couture
RW: St. Louis, Pominville, Franzen, Kesler, Gallagher
D: Voynov, Wideman, Chara, Green, Giordano
    G: Crawford, Miller, Fleury

    Thanks a bunch!
