I would say:
Backstrom, Giroux, Hall, Rask
For Crosby, Vanek, Crawford.
Even then I would be shocked if he says yes.

In a limited keeper, you just don't trade Crsoby. Plain and simple. Personally I don't think think you can give him enough of an upgrade across the board to pry Crosby away.
