while I know I cant drop him I do need to do something. I figured its worth picking up neuvirth for the time being. who should I drop?

Wait and see what happens, and take another look at the situation in a couple weeks when Neuvirth and Holtby both have some more games in their belts. You are in a h2h league so just sit tight. My worry is that if neuvirth gets even 2 wins in a row he will unseat holbty at least temporarily. If that happens I’m screwed. Chances are someone else will grab neuvirth. So do you think it’s worth doing as an insurance policy?

you still have Howard and Hiller.
there will always be another Neuwirth. some team will have an injury or goalie controversy somewhere. of course you don't want to rely on those kinds of goalies but you've already got Howard and Hiller.
howard is safe but hiller is another who could quickly lose his job..I guess Ill wait to see what happens before jumping.

i mean if you really like Neuwirth better than the guys you have, then go for it, but you are hardly in an OMG I HAVE NO STARTER type situation here.
over the past week you went from 2 starting Goalies goalies [Howard, Holtby] to 2 starting Goalies [Howard, Hiller]. has that much really changed?
Neuwirth usurps Holtby, but Hiller usurps Fasth. it seems you're no more screwed than you were when you started the season.
jumping is fine, but do it because you like the player, not because you feel like there is positional need.
if you really like Neuvirth, find a way to get him. i mean you didn't jump on Enroth or Markstrom, right? why is Neuvirth so different?
