Early is relative, it all depends on the strategy you are going for. There is no arguement he will take a while to develop and he isnt quite as offensive, but alot of the better dmen (in my draft lsit anyways) are getting up there in age. You want all of your players to be hitting their prime at the same time for a team to function to full capacity.
