I'm looking to deal Skinner and Baertschi for Getzlaf, how far off am I? League stats below. His team is rebuilding and lacks goalies. I could throw/swap in a guy like Tatar or Andrei Vasileveski.

It would be easier if you showed your entire roster. If he is rebuilding then it's very possible that he accepts it. Skinner and Baertschi both have a very high upside.
