The Wire eh... I've heard of this show here and there over the years but it always seemed to slip under the radar. Looks like it's got some pretty solid reviews. I like the premise... I'm intrigued.

While I really liked The Wire, I personally think that if you are going to go with that type of show, The Shield is better.

The Shield is better than The Wire.... I've heard some crazy stuff on threads here, but this may take the cake.

Someone compared Justin Schultz to Bobby Orr earlier this year. I think this is crazier than that. hahahhaa

I haven't watched The Shield yet but I've heard good things. Still, I can't imagine anything being better than The Wire.

Justified is a great show. One of the best ongoing shows out there. I can definitely recommend it too.

Psych is one of my other favorite shows. Shawn and Gus are hilarious.

I think it's the best new show of 2013, slightly ahead of The Americans. Really good show. It's History's first ever scripted show.

I'm 4 episodes into Season one and to be honest while I can see why it has the elements of a good show, I'm somewhat struggling to stay interested. It is definitely on the slow side... having said that there have been shows in the past that were slow to capture my interest but had my hooked eventually. I'll finish up the first season at least before I draw any conclusions.
It took me a few eps to get hooked as well. Jon Hamm is such a great actor in the series and his character is one of the reasons that hooked me. The characters in general are awesome.

I've been rewatching South Park from the beginning. I'm in the sixth season right now and I got to the episode where one of the girls at school starts developing breasts and the guys suddenly think she's really cool without realizing it's because of the breasts. The magical moment happens when they're arguing about who should show her how to throw rocks at cars and they instantly transform into grunting cavemen going aggro at each other. It's pure genius

I can recommend this one too. Well done especially for their first shot at this type of programming. Sucks that we have to wait until 2014 for season two, on the other hand I've kept all nine episodes saved on the DVR.
