Thought he was OK at the WJC, not a game changer though.
How long until he reaches NHL, obviously not this season. Next perhaps?

Per @asktheduffer, #Bruins Khokhlachev back in OHL, playing Thursday
Probably the best thing for him. It was a smart thing to go and play against stronger competition, but when he wasnt getting a regular shift in the KHL, and from what I read wasnt even playing his regular position (centre) it really doesnt help him much at all for his develpment.
I am sure the Spitfires will welcome him back with open arms.

I'd take a shot in the dark and say he's still a couple years away. The Bruins are quite high on him but he still needs some time.

The Bruins have some pretty decent forward prospects in their organization so it is tough to predict when Khokhlachev will take on a full time role with them. Even with a good performance this year and a strong camp prior to the 13-14 season, it's hard to see him cracking the lineup for next year and certainly not in a Top 6 position. As long as the Bruins have Bergeron, Krejci, Seguin, Kelly and Campbell in the organization, it is going to be tough for him to get a shot as a C in the NHL.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
