Alright, now my head is in a weird space. On Saturday I'm organizing a bachelor party for my nephew (he's six years younger than me, so it's nothing weird) and we'll be getting him a tandem parachute jump, some degradation in town (women's clothes, weird missions, etc), paintball, a weird version of football (or soccer to most of you) where you put paper cones on your face where there's a hole at the end so you can hardly see anything. Then it's all barbeqeue and heavy drinking at night. My nephew was, for some strange reason, terrified of E.T. as a child. Apparently he still is. So we're going to tie him to a chair and make him think he's getting a striptease, but then we'll show E.T. instead. I told all this to a friend of mine and then he sent me a picture. There is a porn parody of E.T. out there. A company called DreamZone apparently makes porn parodies of movies. Naturally I found it, so we'll be showing that as well. Then I looked at a review of the porno at thatguywiththeglasses.com and apparently this one is only the FOURTH porn parody of E.T. What? Seriously? Yes, for real.

You don't happen to have watched any of those... right? When I looked for the porn parody on torrent sites I found a few more interesting ones. A Rambo parody called Rambone. The litter mermaid is The little spermaid. Karate Kid, Laverne and Shirley, MacGyver, Hairy Twatter... I'm not going to indulge in those. Gotta draw a line somewhere.

I watched Thor : The Dark World yesterday. I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the first one. It was alright, but nothing more.

A couple days ago I watched The Score (DeNiro, Norton, Brando) for the first time. Decent film.

Watched the 3-part, German miniseries Generation War on Netflix last night. It tells the story of 5 young adults during WWII. If you are are interested in the WWII genre, you will enjoy it. Very powerful. It has been called the German version of Band of Brothers. I started watching at 11:00 PM and finished at 3:30 AM.

Just decent eh? I thought that was a solid film, Id give it a 7/10. My only gripe was when it came out the trailer clearly hinted at the plot twist/betrayal so I watched the movie expecting it to happen.

Absolutely incredible series. Much better than Band of Brothers as far as I am concerned.

Is this series on Netflix Instant?
(I have Band of Brothers at my house currently, which is fun to watch since I hadn't seen it and started watching it after I saw red-haired-guy in Homeland.)

I doubt it, but you'd have to check. I watched it via XBMC a long time ago.

I've got to get in on this thread!

    I've recently seen:

Chef (John Favreau) - Pretty fun film. Funny, very little conflict (rare, but refreshing) and great music. 7/10

Edge of Tomorrow - I was expecting more from this one, considering the reviews out there. It just had so little humanity in it; I didn't care about anyone in this film. It was very much purely a fluff summer action movie, and I was expecting more, based on the critical success. 5.5/10

The Debt - Watched this on Netflix. It's about a group of 3 Jewish agents in the 60's, tasked with finding a Nazi war criminal and bringing him to justice. This one was pretty good. 7.5/10
