I'm going with Smith and Hilton here. There may be some disagreements here but having a tough time trusting Rivers and I can see the CIN D having their way with him. I also can see the Colts and Lions getting into a shootout so Hilton should get a good chunk of targets.
Something that worries me is certainly if the Ravens get up early on PIT then Smith loses some work but I will stick with my gut.

Hilton and Alexander. I see the Steeler and Ravens game being low scoring. Two weeks ago vs. the Steelers, Smith had 1 catch for 7 yards. I'm sure he'll do better than that, but I doubt the Steelers let him beat them deep, which is his bread and butter. Also, it looks like Troy is set to play. The Steelers' D would have easily won the game last week had there not been so many offensive turnovers - 8. I'm also factoring in their OL gettting better with DeCastro returning this week. If the Steelers have success running Dwyer, which will likely be the case with Baltimore's D, that further limits Smith's oppurtunities.
