Yes - just overall totals/standings is enough.

I have every team's draft logged.
I plan to make two comparisons:

1. A team's standing based only on BEST (12F,6D,2G) drafted players.
compare that to
2. A team's standing at end of year.

This will tell us who had the best draft. (though, of course, it doesn't factor in injuries... although if I entered ESPN's "projected stats"... we could tell who actually had the best team based on projections).
The difference between a team's drafted standing & actual standing will (slightly) suggest, which manager(s) had best in-season moves/strategy.

I can also give every player a standings-score.
i.e. If Pavelec was on a championship team, I give him 15pts.
Total each player's score across 4 leagues... and it should suggest (not entirely accurately) which players can be found on the best teams - which would suggest which players were likely "value picks" vs. "disappointing picks".

Fun stuff, math stuff - that I like.

As an example, a fellow DobberHockey member, temek, sent me this at the start of the year with the Smythe.
I was the favourite... but there is some luck, injuries, and up/down seasons that affect standings.
Overall, most teams probably finished within 5-6 spots of their predicted standings.

Just realised that I posted this in the wrong thread. I've posted the Adams standings.

Still hard to believe that I managed to pull this one out - as I noted when we began, my internet crapped out during the late rounds of the draft, and my last 5 rounds were autodrafted. Brassard I kept, the other four were jettisoned. Lucky pickups on the wire: Beauchemin in for Murray, and a revolving series of temporary wingers. Hartnell's season should have done me in, too - can't afford those kind of numbers from someone taken 35th - way too early, and just unlucky.
