i find the game lets the most ridiculous trades go through. like robb said once... if an organization is trying to move their organizational cornerstone... it probably isn't realistic.

i was in a league that did the randomize roster option to start. I tried trading for crosby off the CPu... i couldn't muster up enough trade talent/value to even come close. Crosby is a full bar value . guh.

you manage/play with one team and play out a full NHL season (or multiple). Right now there are about 9 human controlled teams in our PS3 League and the rest are controlled by the CPU.
