Just recived an offer where I get Newton but is it worth what I have to give?

I get: Cam Newton, 11th round pick and a 12th round pick

I give: Darren Sproles, 4th round pick and a 5th round pick


It is a keep 3 so I am giving up my 1rst and 2nd round picks and at the moment I am keeping Freeman, Sproles and Maclin.

I wouldn't do that trade

I like Newton over Sproles, but not by enough to throw away those HUGE 4th and 5th round picks (1st and 2nd after keepers)

You need those picks to build your team.

Sproles and Maclin are reasonable studs - Freeman has nice upside, but shouldn't be a keeper. If he is, so be it - that just makes your first 2 picks even MORE crucial.

Getting Cam Newton isn't enough for you to throw away your 2012 season - keep your picks and make good choices!
