*New* Who should I keep?

Hey I am new to this site, I have used the hockey one for a while but am new to fantasy baseball.
I have just taken over a keeper league baseball team and need to pick 6 keepers.
The team is as follows:

Roto league, stats are AVG, H, R, HR, RBI, SB, W, L, K, SV, ERA, WHIP

Hey - new to the site as well, but I've been in keeper baseball leagues for 6 years now.

If it were me, and assuming its not an auction/salary-cap league, I'd keep Lincecum, Hanson, Lester, Longoria, Bay & Gutierrez. Guerrero now hitting in TEX is intriguing also....

Sorry I didn't mention we get to keep 1 rookie, so Hanson qualifies as my rookie keeper.
I am high on Cano so I would have him take Hanson's place as one of my 6 keepers as 2nd base is a pretty thin position and he contributes to every stat category.
You would keep Gutierrez over D. Lee?

I then look into trading Lincecum for a stud bat.

**EDIT** Just read that you can keep 1 more. If you think Derrek Lee's HR spike is for real, keep him. I haven't read anything about him altering his swing, but he defnitely hit more flyballs which obviously helped his HR totals. If you think he's more a 20 HR guy, you're better off holding on to Gutierrez, but not sold on him either, and would probably try and trade him as well.

It is a 12 team league. Each team keeps 6 players and a rookie, so 7 total.
I am trying to Move Derek Lee in a couple of deals, one involving Cliff Lee, which would get me 4 solid SP and another bigger deal involving Cabrera.
If Gutierrez primed for a big increase on last years numbers?

I'm not sold on him but I suppose he could be a Shin Soo Choo type guy

However I would be tempted to keep Zambrano over Bay or Cano...Lot of outfielders to be had...dominant starting pitchers aren't as easy to find.
