Ryan Carter caught him with a knee-on-knee in the corner as Green tried to avoid the check. In slow-mo it looked like the main point of contact was more Green's thigh than his knee, and his weight was mostly on the other leg on contact, but either way Green was wussily writhing in agony in a heap.

One note referred to the ankle so I just assumed he re-injured it on the hit. But its not confirmed.
So I've finally had enough. As much as it pains me to do it, I let him go. I traded Green for Souray, 2 3rds in 12 and a 6th in 13. I just can't wait for him to come back...only to get injured again. Talented for sure, but sooooooo frustrating.
Head to Head League: 1 point for G, 1 point for A. 2 for Goalie win, 3 for SO.
Start 6 guys every week. 3 O, 2 D and 1G. No substitutions once they are in (before the first game starts on Monday).

I'm actually amazed. I was able to acquire Green last season for a ridiculous low offer because his owner was so frustrated with his health issues, ...I figured I was getting him at rock bottom (kipper), and as soon as he showed ANYTHING, I'd be able to swap him and another player for an upgrade at whatever position I found myself weakest in, ...I'm still waiting.
