    Default J.Staal vs B.Little vs K.Turris

Which one of the three would you choose, in a points only pool (g=1, a=1)?

    Thanks!

couple of questions first .... are we talking short-term or long-term upside? are you competing now or re-building?

If you are talking short-term win now than it has to be Staal
If you are looking for some short-term help and some more upside than Little
If you are looking pure upside and looking for a POSSIBLE home-run than I would go with Turris but he is defintiely the riskiest of the three

May be a homer voter but I'd go with Staal.

    Hey Rocky,

Assuming that positions don't matter I would rank them like this:

    Staal
    Turris
    Little

Staal should give you the biggest upside this year in terms of pts, and he has the potential to grow into a 70 pt player. Turris has the highest upside of the three, but he is mired in a defence-first system and although the rumours are that he should be the line 2 center this year, the stars will need to align to ever see him hit that 85-90 pt potential we have heard about for the last 4 years. Little should produce nicely on line one in Winnipeg this year but he has had problems with injury and consistency thus far, hence his spot at the bottom of my list.

I rarely disagree with what wendel has to say. Bang on once again.
