Just for fun since we're all bored, in the last 2 fantasy seasons, what has been the absolutely dumbest trade that you've accepted which made you think about building a time machine like Terminator? I'm talking epic failures that leaving you crying in the middle of the night.
I'll start off by saying I traded Brayden Schenn for Alex Ponikarovsky when he want to PITT (figured he would be awesome with Crosby, D'OH!)

Last season I traded Tavares, a 1st and 3rd for Green then Green's body exploded multiple times. If there's a God there'll be more offense in Washington and less of Green on the IR. He's still the best D keeper option around but just a load of bad luck.

Mine happened at the trade deadline of the 0809 Season (our first season in our new Keeper league). Points only (with positions) but I wanted to make a run for first, and to move up into a tie with the leader I gave up Backstrom (Wash), Pavelski, and Letang for Parise, M. Koivu, and Kuba. Not too bad, but I still got second, and we have a separate playoff pool so I lost a lot of value there.
However, I have been lucky with all my other trades, most notably moving Parise that offseason for Stamkos (coming off 46 point rookie year) plus lehtonen and two 1sts. My team in the sig is back to back champions since so I cant complain too much.
My worst draft pick is taking Gerber that inaguaral year. I think he was done by November.

At our trade deadline last year (Jan 7) I traded Ennis for Frolik. I was going for the win and Frolik had scored 13 pts in his previous 14 games. Ennis has scored 4 in 13 games. Ennis went on to score 11 more pts than Frolik (49-38) and I lost the pool by 2 pts on the final day of the season (winning $200 instead of $500).
Its a limited keeper cap league so I cant even keep Frolik this season while Ennis is one of the 3 or 4 best bargains in the league next year. So, essentially I traded Ennis and $300 for nothing. Beat that!
