what's up with Blues? stat numbers wise they are mostly good, but results show the opposite. Will they bounce back? Is it only bad luck ? 2 shorthanded goals allowed last match...

And St. Louis can't recall a 2nd goalie until tomorrow due to cap issues. They'll be using whatever emergency goalie Tampa Bay has around as their backup tonight.

How you see Krug and Blues defense this year? Krug started to loose his PP% share. Pointless in 7 matches. And from those 7 games he didnt shoot on goal in 4 of them. Perunovich started eating his PP share. Will they start spliting the PP1 role in future?
Is Krug more in range 50-60 Pts like he was in Boston or 30-40 pts guy?

Perron finally back for the Blues. Feels like he missed a lot more than 11 games.

If the Blues’ game against Edmonton on Wednesday night goes on as scheduled, David Perron will make his return to the lineup.

He’s missed the past 11 games with a concussion. He might have played sooner, but to give the Blues salary-cap relief, he went on long-term injured reserve (LTIR). He was eligible to return last week, but games against Ottawa and Toronto were postponed.

At the moment, the Edmonton game is a go and so is Perron, who has been practicing the past couple of days on a line with Brandon Saad and Ryan O’Reilly.

“He looks great,” Saad said. “He’s excited. It’s been a while. He’s a great hockey player.”

It’ll be Perron’s first game since Nov. 26, when he left the Blues’ 3-2 overtime loss to Chicago early after a hit by Jake McCabe. It was the first known concussion Perron has suffered since 2010, when he absorbed a shot to the head from San Jose’s Joe Thornton and missed the next 97 games.

Blues are in slump and Krug is injured. Seems they underestimate weaker (non playoff) opponents. They miss playoffs with this approach.
Both goalies (Husso and Binnington) had a really bad starts lately.
What is suprising, Husso starts again today after his bad start. I expected Binnie.

This team had a very fine first round
Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.
