Thank ANH for taking Hagman of our hands. He wasn't a bad player, just didn't fit in Sutters system (who does).
Could work well with Koivu & selanne?
I think it's a decent pick up at that price. He is an good penalty killer who can chip in a little on offense.

grammar Nazi
Noun
(slang, idiomatic) 1. A person who habitually corrects or criticizes the language usage of others, especially in situations where it is unnecessary, e.g. an informal conversation.
Notes: This behavior is almost always found in people with very low I.Q's, whom have a very low sense of self worth. Impotence is also commonly linked to Grammar Nazi's.

He wasn't bad with the Stars. Toronto just threw more money at him, and unloaded him on Calgary in the Phaneuf deal.
Hagman's a decent enough player, but at a certain salary. I agree this is a good deal for the Ducks.
RETIRED
Jacques The Ducks have recalled defenseman Nate Guenin and left wing Jean-Francois Jacques from the Syracuse Crunch, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Bobby Ryan (flu) and Dan Ellis (groin) are on ice for morning skate. Hagman and Maxwell are also here.
Ducks send C Nick Bonino back to AHL Syracuse.
Hiller starts tonight . Hagman not playing

Ellis to start Thursday against the Kings.
Hagman is playing on the third line and Foster is on the first PP
For the majority of the game, the Ducks lines with Hagman in the lineup were:
Ryan-Getzlaf-Perry
Cogliano-Koivu-Selanne
Beleskey-Gordon-Macenauer
Hagman-McMillan-Smith-Pelly
However, in the third period when the Ducks were pushing to get some points on the board, Hagman skated with Getzlaf and Perry on the top line. That moved Bobby Ryan to the McMillan/Smith-Pelly line.

Ana needs to think Like a fantasy team. They need to try to trade selanne for 2 depth forwards. I have Ryan and getzlaf and past that top line Ana has no offense

Carlyle said he was moving MacMillan back to center to try to spark some offense from him.
