Who is this Ehlers fellow? As of now he has 6 points in 2 games being a factor on each goal so far since PM resigned.

I was hoping some Winnipeg Jets fans could give me some intel on Pionk. I am in a banger league and for the last few season Pionk has been an absolute stud. He seems to have hit a pretty prolonged slump this season. Those who watch the games, do you think Pionk is a good buy low? Will he start putting up some points again any time soon? Is he playing well and unlucky, or is he just playing poorly? I get the Winnipeg is a bit of a train wreck right now, but they do have the firepower to start putting up numbers again. Seems to me Pionk is seeing more opportunity on PP 1 than he has in previous years too.

As this is a team thread, I would focus on team. Winnipeg is in some serious slump. Change of coach did help a little, but then Ehlers got injured, now Morrissey in COVID. Hellebuyck performance downgrade.
Almost everything is now worse like it was before the coaching change. I drafted 3 Jets (Scheifele, Helle , Pionk) and traded for 4th (Ehlers). I am thinking to dissmiss all of them.

Good question. I would also would like to hear some feedback on Pionk's season. Though I've already decided he is a good buy low target. I traded away Chandler Stephenson for Pionk in a pts dynasty keeper to shore up my defensive depth.

Scheifele not playing any defense and not playing inspired in any fashion goes a long way to this problem. They’ve also had some bad luck.

Bad bounce of the boards and a deflected goal off a skate don’t happen and it’s a 2-0 win against PIT instead of a shootout loss.

I watch every single jets game. Pionk hasn’t looked the same. Hellboy looks fine but he’s had a lot of bad luck. Ehlers didn’t look much different under Lowry before he got hurt.

Scheifele. Is. A. Non. Factor.

He looks like the worst of them right now and since he’s a leader on that team he’s gotta pick it up. I don’t like his answer there. Seems like more part of the problem than the solution to say something like that.

I do feel they’ve been really unlucky mostly. They can be better.

I do think Pionk is playing through an injury at this point. The team problems all go back to Scheifle’s bitch baby tantrum hit on Evans in the playoffs. He got suspended on a selfish play and they ended up swept. He cost them the series. All the adults on this team were and are pissed about it. That’s the problem here.
