As was expected, #Avs defenseman Erik Johnson has officially waived his no-movement clause for the expansion draft, per a league source. Colorado is not required to put him on their protection list for the Seattle expansion draft.
Johnson still has a modified no-trade clause.

Colorado's recent 1st round pick Oskar Olausson has signed his ELC and his Swedish club has confirmed he is leaving to play in North America, either for the Colorado Eagles in the AHL or Barrie Colts in the OHL

I think he'll have the opportunity to shine this year, he's got good size and decent hands. His main job is to show he's deserving of consistent middle 6 minutes and isn't in the revolving door 4th line winger that he's been to this point.
I am a die-hard Avalanche fan!
