Just looked and like 50% of my prospect picks are from the 2010 draft... Ugh not what I was aiming for.

You worried about them peaking at the same time or something?

Yeah at this point I'm swinging w/high risk/high reward players (relatively speaking). Depth guys in a league this size I view as rounds 3-10.

    I don't think ya have anything to lose rounds 11 - 18.

Worried about them taking too long to peak.

Just completed my first UHL trade, I'm nailing my prospect picks so far. I still have 10-15 guys left on my list.

congrats on your first trade. i dont even have a list. once i am OTC i just spend about 5 minutes looking up random players that come into my head and hope that they played 40 games or less. the first one that fits in that category i select.

I plan a little bit but my lists remain very flexible depending on how the draft unfolds.

I always have a few targets at each position waiting to become a Montreal Canadien.

Love the mixture of prospects on my team. I believe everyone of them have very good upside and there are several that are ready to make the jump while the rest are a few years away.

I just wish guys were quicker making their picks....it's getting extremely frustrating.

The draft is done. The results can be found in this thread in posts #55-58.

It's my humble opinion that Colorado Avalanche rocked this draft.

Of course the commish gives me the tie breaker in the division before marking Tim Brent down for Gomez salary in CBS...

Haha. Southwest seems the most balanced division based off this 3 game sample. Northeast looks pretty feast or famine.
