    Question Buy-low goalies are...

Which goalies are buy-low in this stage of the season?

    Talbot?
    Elliot?
    Luongo?
    Quick?
    M. Jones?

    Any other ideas?

I'd make an offer on Jones. He's starting to turn it around and out of the options you mention Jones has the better team and the least competition. My second pick would be Talbot. I wouldn't touch the others with a ten foot pole.

Kinda depends on league setup (how many teams, goalies, roster spots, etc). Other than Jones, I wouldn't trade for any of them. Talbot and Elliott are still on WW in some leagues. I love Quick, but that team is BAD. Bobby Lu is an injury risk so not sure I'd give up anything of value.

Jones is the best option in most formats I imagine. Mostly just the team in front of him and the division he plays in. It's a bit like owning Domingue the last few weeks only the goalie is a bit better and the team is a bit worse. But I'd take him over most.

I don't think it would hurt to throw out an offer to the Bobrovsky owner. He was turning the corner, then got shelled in a couple outings so he may be sour on him. Vezina resume and chance of getting traded to a contender.

Man, it really depends on league set up...because Saros will be a back-up for two more years after this one. And that's a long time to hold a goalie in partial keepers or formats without minor league spots, etc. Honestly, the OP is so vague, it's impossible to answer. In deep keeper leagues Jones value hasn't dropped one bit. In one-year leagues, it has dropped considerably.

    None of the above.

Hellebuyck comes to mind. He has been aweful up until his last 3 games.

Jones for me but I’m keeping an eye on Elliott to see what he does when gets back. He’s probably available on the wire in most leagues.

Nobody will sell Hellebuyck low, except MAYBE in a one year league. And even that's debatable. Just because he hasn't met expectations doesn't mean you can buy him low...

    I beg to differ.

If i'm in a race and need help, I would move him. I probably wouldn't get the return I would have at the start of the year but, I might get a piece or 2 that I wouldn't be able to protect next season but would help me this year and my trading partner could sit on Hellebuyck until next year if he is out of it. You do what you have to do.

I'll throw some cheaper names out there.

Matt Murray - The shine is off the apple and he could be had for cheap. There's opportunity there for huge upside as the Pens will win regardless of the quality of goaltending they get.
Cal Petersen/Jack Campbell - Rumors are out there that Quick could be moved, though I feel like that's an off-season type of move. But a team like Flyers could get desperate.
Mike Smith - Seems to be turning it around. Calgary is good this year.
Thomas Greiss/Robin Lehner - Trotz seems to be getting the most out of the Islanders' limited lineup.
Braden Holtby - Turning things around.
Darcy Kuemper - Probably the man for Arizona this year. Could be good if you select his starts wisely.
MAF - Vegas has been hot lately, MAF is the guy that makes that team work.
Carey Price - Still a '**** your whole week up' risk, but he's still a good goalie with a weak d in front of him.
Keith Kincaid - He's the no.1 for NJ, mostly because Schneider is done. If they fire their coach...
Philipp Grubauer - Not a good season, but Varlamov is injury prone.
Jake Allen - I don't like him, but I'm not you.
Joonas Korpisalo - Again, i don't like him, but if Bob gets traded...

    Hope it helps.
