Defnitely Ilya Sorokin, then Shesterkin in my opinion. Johansson is also an interesting choice.

It's a 2 horse race between Sorokin and Shesterkin. You have two years to wait on Sorokin who dominated the KHL and it looks like one year on Shesterkin who played well in his brief stint.

Sorokin is way above the pack here, and shestyorkin is behind him in a 2nd tier all on his own as well. after that, the only ones of worth to me are boyle, Johansson and lyon.

i'm pretty sure he just signed a real 2 year deal in the khl. he's gonna wait till he's old enough that the islandsers lose his rights and he becomes a UFA before coming over.

Considering he's 27 years of age, that ship is about to sail come July 1st I do believe. He is about to become a FA (at least I remember reading that somewhere in the not to distant past) but you are right when you say that he has re-signed with the KHL.

After Sorokin & Shesterkin, I've read that with Andersen gone from Anaheim, Boyle has good shot at backup. He signed a 1-year ELC at the end of March.

correct. and with Gibson being quite injury-prone, that easily puts boyle right behind Sorokin and shestyorkin on this list. and in terms of immediate value, he's number one on the list by a mile. but Gibson is the golden boy in Anaheim, so don't expect him to be any more than a backup who will fill in when Gibson's injured.
