    Default Darling or Raanta

13 team Roto with Goalie categories of W, SV%, GAA. I have Lundqvist, Elliott, C. Anderson & Darling. Raanta is available. Would I be better to drop Darling and pick up Raanta to back up King Henry?

I prefer Darling as a player but in this case I'd go with Raanta as security for Lundqvist.

I own crawford and darling was drafted by another and im worried about him. Any mistakes by crawford and darling WILL capitalize.

Normally I would suggest getting the handcuff backup to the starter you own but in this case I would go against that train of thought and get Darling.
The reason I say that is something happens with Lundqvist, I doubt very highly that the Rangers would lean on Raanta like they did with Talbot last year.
They would likely make a trade of some sort to find a quality goalie to cover time if Lundqvist missed a bunch of time.

Also, Darling has proven to us much more than Raanta ever has that he can handle the load when called upon.

I would keep Darling. I think he's the better goalie of the two and has the best chance to take over.

Darling over Raanta BUT since you have Lundy I would prefer to back up my #1. Raanta is a quality backup and should put acceptable number if Lundy goes down. Granted, Darling would put up better numbers if Crawford goes down.

the rangers have something like 17 b2bs this year, it makes more sense to lock up the rangers net than gamble on a potential handful of extra starts.
