I'd take Neal. He is the real deal. Does he benefit from the quality of his teammates? Sure. But no more than the Sedins benefit from one another. And Neal is considerably younger.

Good answer. Going into this year I still would have given the edge to Daniel, but Neal is shaping up to be a top 5 ranked player in yahoo standard cats for the second season in a row. He should be considered an elite roto option, and a second tier points only option.
