Drop Burns for Bob or ?

Team is in sig and recently dropped Iginla for Brown and Fasth to activate Burns.

Currently sitting in 4th in my H2H and trying to not just secure a place in the playoffs but defend my championship from last year.

Not sure if I should drop Burns and pickup Bob and try ride him whilst he's hot, especially with Rinne underperforming and Smith playing sub-par.

I normally wouldn't recommend having 5 D down the stretch for H2H, but given Letang's injury tonight, I wouldn't drop Burns. At least until we find out more about Letang.

For Bob, he and the team have been playing great in March, but they've had a load of home games recently. They are 8-4-5 at home and 3-8-1 on the road, and a quick look at Bob's splits shows he also has a harder time on the road.

They have two more home games coming up, then they 6 of the next 7 on the road, and the home game is against Anaheim. They also play 6 of their last 7 on the road - right in the middle of H2H playoffs. I could be totally wrong, but I'd guess he'll be pretty good this coming week with home games against Calgary and Nashville, but will drop off quickly after that.

Cheers for your input and based on what you said have decided to leave Bob alone for now.

Not sure what the deal with Letang is but hoping he comes back soon and now have Hossa as DTD which kind of hurts my production.

Thinking of dropping one of my D for either Parenteau or reaquiring Fasth from the WW and running 4 G's.

while bob and columbus have struggled for wins at points this season their ability to keep the puck out with bob in net has actually been pretty good this season

20 games 14 of them are 2 goals or fewer allowed of the 6 games with 3 or more goals 3 of them were 3 goals 2 were 4 goals and 1 was 5 goals

yes he will struggle for wins as the team still isnt great in terms of scoring however bobs 'hot streak' extends further than just the last few weeks

so his other numbers are still likely to be pretty good the rest of the way
