Deadline Day End Results
Hey friends,
Posted earlier today about some potential deals. Things changed throughout the day, and here's how it ended up. League in sig. Sent Bryz, Burrows, Eriksson, and an 8th for Reimer, Plekanec, and Vanek. In a second deal I sent Descharnais, Garrison, and a 7th for Lucic, and Ekman-Larson. I'm going for it this year but I think I'm a few pieces short. We'll see how the playoffs treat me. How do you think I did?

Considering that you won't be keeping any of the players that you acquired I think you did well. In a full keeper I think you would have lost the 1st one and won the 2nd one, but for just the rest of this year I think you made the right call for both of them. Well done.

Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't too crazy on the first deal myself but I can't keep any of them, as bizzi pointed out, as it's a keep 5. We'll see how it plays out. Hopefully Plekanec, and Vanek will stay solid the rest of the way. The second deal was a no brainer. The other GM, not in the playoff hunt, was selling off his scraps for what he could late in the day.
