How do I get reputation?

I have had about 10 posts that have been given reputation but they always come up as neutral. How come? How does one gain any reputation on this forum.

I still see 1 little green dot on the right --> but it never grows.

1 green box = 1 inch. It's as simple as that. That's what the green boxes were always meant to convey, but very few know this.
