Keeper league in sig.
Keep 1 at each position, so I'm trying to improve my G and LW. Would you advise trading Varly and Duchene for Quick?
or:
Varly, Benn, Duchene for Quick and E. Kane?
Thanks!

Hi Jeff!
2 questions for you in a keeper points only league.
1- Your 3YP for RNH?
2- Choose 2 keepers from this list:
Elliott, Rundblad, Lindholm, Erixon and Barberio.
Thanks for your help!

In a pts league where goals, pp & sh points are weighted higher, would you do this trade?
Out:
Backstrom (wsh)
Parise
Karlsson
In:
Malkin
Ryan
OEL
Salary Cap league, Points Only
The new getzlaf contract is a huge blow to my keepers! I already have Parise, Backstrom, Schneider, Rask, R. Nash, E. Kane, Tavares as huge contracts. If I keep all of them, I will have about 800k remaining for 5 players!
Who would you keep in order between Parise, Getzlaf & Nash ? Is Parise capable of getting back to 85-90 points ? In my book, Nash is the best bargain of the bunch, what do you think ?
Thanks a lot!
for team 2 in my sig.. stats are G, A, P, +/-, PPG SHG, GWG.. so focus on goal scoring..
1. Who is a better option to fill in for Malkin while he's out? Henrique or Plekanec?
2. Replacement for Benn; currently I have Conacher and Ennis on my bench, but i'm thinking I should drop 1/or both for any of these FA's.. which 2 do you like the most out of:
Conacher
Ennis
Flash
Doan
Whitney
Tanguay
Cammalleri
Steen
A. McDonald
Glenncross
Boedker
Hagelin
Thanks

Assuming Weiss doesn't return to FLA (safe assumption), who do you project to be centering lines one and two after the dust settles in a couple years?
Shore: big, talented and looks like a natural playmaking center
Bjugstad: bigger, more talented?, could spend another year in college
Trocheck: smaller, but quickly making a name for himself in junior
Huberdeau: producing quite well in his first season (at LW), does he stay at wing considering the center depth in Florida?
Anxious to hear your thoughts...

Halak. Fricking guy! Do you see him putting together any kind of run of starts/wins this season? I could possibly trade him for Ryan Miller but I'd need to come up with a way to absorb the $2 million salary difference. And the feedback I've received on this site is that Miller isn't really an upgrade given Buffalo situation and his salary. I'd appreciate your views. Another goalie I may be able to target (for Halak) is Dubnyk.
Griffin Reinhart. I acquired him recently (as a throw-in, I was surprised). #4 overall, and I've read the stuff about him on dobberprospects and in the prospects report. I also see he isn't exactly killing it in the points department in junior this year. Does he hold a lot of value in a keeper league or should I peddle him for help this season (I'm in contention but circumstances are conspiring against me so I don't want to force it too much).
Gerbe. Does this guy still have keeper value in your mind? Or is he 1 more season away from heading to Europe!
Thanks

"It's such a fine line between stupid, and clever."
1) Out of the following 4 forwards: Loktionov(NJ)/Bennett(PIT)/Shore(FLA)/Stewart(STL), if you were to pick one for a keeper league going forward, who would you most want as an all around contributor, emphasis on points and ppp, but also PIM
2) Out of the 3 defenseman: Muzzin(LA)/Dillon(DAL)/Brodin(MIN) who would you want for a keeper league going forward with above cats?
3) Out of the following G: Allen (STL)/Lack(VAN)/Gibson(ANA)/Vasilevski(TB)/Subban(BOS)/Makarov(BUF)/Ramo(CGY)/Bachman(DAL)/Nihlstorp(DAL)/Campbell(DAL)/Mrazek(DET). Who would you want to own in a keeper league now?
4) And last question, out of all players mentioned, if all were available in a keeper pool right now, who would you jump on right away?
