OV, all day. The fact that HITS is as a cat in your league further widens the gap.

Ovechkin for me too and I don't think it's remotely close in your league.

As you mention, Hits and SOGs are no contest between the two (e.g., in hits, Ovie tends to be high 100's to mid 200's; I'm not sure if P. Kane has ever had 20 hits in a season. In SOGs, Ovie's a lock for 300+ and Kane has only reached 260 once.) So that's 2/6 of the categories.

Neither of 'em are worth a damn in short handed points (Kane has 1 total SHP in his career; Ovie has 4 career SHPs, 3 of which were in his rookie season). So what this boils down to is that Ovie absolutely dominates 2 of the 5 categories that they each contribute in.

As a result, Kane would have sweep G, A and +/- for this to be something worth considering. And not only that, but he'd have to take one of those categories by an absolute landslide each year in order to make up for his utter lack of hits.
