Kid relieved Holtby today and was lights out....
Anything here? future starter? should Holtby and Neuvirth owners be nervous about this kid? Realistically when would he be in the NHL full time and not up as an injury replacement? Does he have a real chance at taking the number 1 gig in the next 2-3 seasons? Appreciate all useful comments regarding washington tending situation.

He's young and raw but has a very high level of athleticism and reflexes. He's also a bit undersized. In terms of a very best case, you might be looking a notch below Jon Bernier level. I don't think he'll ever get a crack at the starting gig in Washington and am not sure he'll have that chance elsewhere either. He's a pretty good but not great G prospect.

Think of him like Mrazek in Detroit. Not there yet but keep an eye on him.
