Im Currently 3rd and in contention this year, the ovie owner is in last.
I could not keep Ovie next year as first round picks are released back into the draft next year. My keepers for next year are most likely Giroux(cost a 3rd rnd pick next year) Benn(Cost a 8th rnd pick) and i was thinking Schultz(11th round pick) Conacher was a guy i was thinking of possibly keeping as he would only cost me to use 20th rnd pick(last round) to keep him, so it's between him and schultz pretty much. With my empty Dman spot from the trade i would probably grab Diaz,Bogosian, or Leddy. A couple years ago a no brainer but is Ovie still worth it?

I think that's a no brainer. Conacher and Subban are nice pieces but OV is a great get in leagues with SOG, even if he's on the "downside".

Plus, with only 12 teams I'll bet there are at least a couple intriguing defensemen on the waiver wire to replace Subban with.

Yeah, he's worth it. 1) You're getting him at a cheap price. 2) None of the players in the deal will be keepers. You're in third. This is opportunity is what you build a team for. Accept the deal!

yeha good move to make for the win. ovechkin has had points in his last 3-4 games and some being multi pointers. also i like you keeping schultz using an 11th rounder. so this seems like a win win.
