Rask @ NYI is a must start
However, should I start Ward @ WAS? I have Varly @ SJ too and I won't be starting him. Start only Rask or both Rask and Ward?

I am in the exact same boat. Personally I am rolling with Rask but keeping Ward on the bench. I will wait until I see a few good outings in a row from Ward before getting him back in my lineup. Washington already has a decent goals-per-game average and is just coming off a dominating performance over NJ so I am not going to tempt fate!
