In a keeper league, I'd have to go with Beauchemin. It has nothing to do with his hot streak, more so with the fact that he's 4 years younger then Visnovsky and is signed until 2014/2015. Visnovsky's contract is up at the end of this year and I think its a pretty fair assessment to say that Visnovsky isnt really interested in staying here in NA any longer then he has to. He will be gone back to Russia (assuming he continues to play at all) for the start of next year.

Beauchemin has been playing the best hockey that he's played in a long time according to a lot of Ducks followers...however I'm not quite willing to believe that he's suddenly becoming an offensive defenseman at the tender age of 32/33.

I personally have Visnovsky in a similar league setup and Beauchemin was sitting on the wire and I left him there..just so you know that, right or wrong, I'm putting my money where my mouth is.
