JVR/Backstrom for Ovie?

My team is in my sig. I'm doing really well.
I climbed to the top and I've stayed there for about 2 weeks. 7 points ahead of the next guy, most I've dropped is like 3 points above, so 7 is the mean I'd say.
Unfortunately, max games played is a #@$#$.
I have to do something or else my players will be useless.

This guy put Ovie on the trading block a couple days ago.

Is this good return for me?
A reasonable trade overall?
If I wanted to make it benefit me more, what would I switch?
If I wanted to make the trade more attractive to him, what I would switch?

I feel like I'm lacking a good 3rd goalie (I JUST picked up Bishop) - I've gotten so lucky with my goalies, they bailed me out hard core, a 5th D-man and more RW.
Obviously, I have WAY too many C's.
The reason I'm making this trade is because good RWs are hard to find in my league whereas random C's and LW's get hot every so often.
