Probably would help to know:
1) 7th what? overall or round 7. and how many keepers are there (ie: what kind of talent does this 7th get?) 2) What does your team look like? Are MaxPac and Hedman both keepers? I actually like what those two are doing now, BTW, so not sure I would trade them for Weber just yet... again depends on what that 7th is and the league's roster structure.

It's a 7th round pick. Right now I sit in 11th out of 16 teams.
We keep 8 players. Right now my rosters is: Crosby Pavelski E.Kane Tlusty S.Koivu B.Richards Purcell Pominville Fleischmann Grigorenko Weber Leddy Josi J.Schultz Mcdonagh Girardi Miller Rask Right now my keeper list before the trade would be Crosby J.Schultz Weber Leddy E.Kane Miller Rask We have discussed going to a 2 goalie system so thats why I have both goalies. If not then I probably won't keep Miller. |

I think this is a very obvious win for the Hedman and Pacioretty side of the deal.
Weber is a lock for 50 points every season, but i´m sure Hedman will turn into a 40-45 point guy. Most people forget he´s only 22 and a lot of defender just need some years to reach their offensive upside. I also think Hedman will at least match Weber´s production this year. Pacioretty will outscore whoever you can take with that 7th rounder by at least 15 to 20 points. |

A 7th round pick in a 16 team league is pretty much a long shot at best to even be relevant, not only in fantasy hockey but in the NHL too. So basically its MacPac/Hedman for Weber/nobody.
The MaxPac/Hedman side for me, and it isnt even close.

The other guy also asked if switching Krejci for Pacioretty would work.
So which one would you rather have. |

I prefer MaxPax to Krejci by a bit. Not sure I see Krejci being a keeper for you. I think MaxPax would be a keeper.
