If you had asked me at the start of the year I would have said McGinn or Hagelin. Right now, I dont know if I would drop any of them for Clowe. Clowe is a solid multi-cat player who offers plenty of PIMs and Hits, and under normal curcimstances, scoring abilities. He's struggled this year on the points end of things. He's still getting top line minutes but cant seem to find the net (16gp - 0G 6A).

If you need PIMs and hits, then I would consider dropping Hagelin for him. Hagelin doesnt hit much and offer much in regards to PIMs. McGinn will give you more of those two cats and still offer some points along the way.

Clowe is too good and is surrounded by quality players to not bounce out of this scoring problem he is facing right now. I guess you just have to look at where you are missing out in regards to your rosters needs.

Someone dropped him yesterday in my league and I was asking myself the same question.

If you need PIM and Hits I think you should pick him up.

I'd be waiting to see what suspension he gets. If he gets 10+ games then I'd let him stay in free agents for at least half the suspension

Wiz broke his foot. I think Hagelin and McGinn are both options.

EDIT - I'm likely going to drop Pouliot to grab him (or maybe Ryder or Elliott - team/league in sig), and I think Pouliot's value is in the same vicinity as both of those guys. If you can't get Wiz to your IR yet to free up space to grab him, drop one of them. Or just drop Wiz altogether.

Agreed that Wiz is the first option. He may be done for the season.
