Upgrade for Schneider?

Hello everyone. For the league in my signature, I am doing pretty well in the skater categories, winning most (if not all) of them each week so far, but my goaltending is kind of a weakness. It's usually close in my favor in the Wins category and in the other teams' favor in GAA and SV%.

Rask seems to be doing well, but Schneider hasn't really done too great the last couple weeks (when he gets the nod at all). In the FA pool, Reimer and Backstrom are available, and both are outperforming Schneider in the cats where I'm weak.

Is either of those two worth a pickup, and if so, do I outright drop Schneider or try to pack him off with a 2-for-1? Any advice would be appreciated.
