Default First Year, Need Roster Help

10man Rot
Goals, Assists, +/-, Pim, gwg, ppp,
Goalies - Sv%, GAA, s/o, wins

I am dead last in goalie wins and nobody seems keen to trade a starting goalie for a LW. Hartnell is coming off IR soon and if I can't get a deal done what is my play? Who do I drop? I was hoping to deal Nash/Varlamov for a Ward type goalie if poss.

Roster
Henrik Sedin C
Mike Ribeiro C
Patrick Marleau C,LW
Bobby Ryan. LW
Rick Nash LW
Chris Kunitz LW
David Clarkson RW
Claude Giroux C RW
Cody Hodgson. C RW
Scott Hartnell LW IR
Dmen - Shattenkirk, Yandle ,Subban,Byfuglien
Tendy's - Niemi, Miller, Varlamov

I am stumped, so any ideas you can think of w/ this roster would be appreciated, Maybe somebody to sell high on (Clarkson, Giroux).. Anything really that gets me from last in wins.
(I'm minus games G and D and plus game for all forwards - 24hr time period before somebody you pick up can play for you)

You defintely wouldn't be selling high on Giroux

Be patient...your goaltending isn't that bad. Buffalo should rebound under a new coach, Niemi will get his wins in SJ, and Varlamov has been ok but should get some wins if/when O'Reilly signs and Landeskog gets back...

Definitely don't trade Nash/Varly for a Ward type goalie...no no no

Thanks for the response,
Ppl in this league are getting pretty excited with Giroux's last week or so.
Landeskog is looking good but looks like a reasonable chance O'reilly doesn't play for Av's again.
who would you cut from my team when Hartnell comes off the IR if I cannot get a good trade off before then?

Your team looks pretty good if you ask me. I feel your goaltending struggles though, I have Miller and Niemi as well. We only require 3 plays a week and don't count wins so I am a little more strategic with my goalie plays. I didn't play Miller at all last week because Niemi and Backstrom had such good matchups. Tonight I am struggling because I want to play Miller vs Toronto (I have Kessel) or Backstrom vs EDM(I have Gagner and RNH) and I don't know what to do. Or do I wait until Saturday and play Backstrom vs Calgary... Niemi plays Chicago and Dallas so not really a safe play there...

I think you should stand pat and be patient for a week or two and see how things play out. With Nash being injured, it may be hard to get real value for him. Ward isn't a goalie you want, I would take Miller and Niemi over him any day of the week.
