Cam Fowler (upper body) hasn't skated since Feb. 2, but that might change soon.
"He rode the bike today and he’ll ride it again later today," Capitals coach Bruce Boudreau said. "He’ll probably be on the ice tomorrow and we’ll just take it one day at a time." Boudreau also said that Fowler has been symptom free for the last week. Source: Ducks.nhl.com Feb 18 - 5:18 PM

He might start skating today. Maybe back next week since they have a few days off.

Cam Fowler (upper body) is looking to return to action next week.
Fowler likely received a concussion although the Ducks are still calling it an upper body injury, when Jarret Stoll of the Kings smacked him into the boards on February 2. Fowler was helped off the ice and has missed the last eight games with the injury but he has been symptom free for four or five days. "You never want to be out of the lineup for this long," Fowler said. "It seems like it's been months since I've played. I want to get back as soon as possible. Like I said, I need to make sure that I'm 100 percent because I don't want to come back and not be 100 percent. I need to make sure I get my conditioning in so that I can be at the best of my ability." Keep him reserved for now. Source: Orange County Register Feb 19 - 5:56 AM

Cam Fowler (upper body) is hoping to return to the Anaheim lineup Sunday.
The Ducks are currently in the midst of a five day break and Fowler went through some tough conditioning drills Wednesday as he attempts to return. Fowler was injured on Feb. 2 when Jarret Stoll knocked him into the boards. Fowler was helped off the ice and has been out of action since. "The way things are going, hopefully I'll be ready for the next one," Fowler said. "There's no timetable, and you want to be 100 percent when you come back." The talented third year offensive dynamo is only 21 so he has a lengthy NHL career ahead of him. Source: Orange County Register Feb 21 - 5:46 AM

Cam Fowler (upper body) has been given the green light to return to the Ducks' lineup.
However, Ducks coach Bruce Boudreau warned that Fowler still might not play on Sunday. "He’s physically able to go. I don’t know if he’s going to go, but he’s got clearance to play," Boudreau said. Fowler has a point in six games this season. Source: Ducks.nhl.com Feb 23 - 5:17 PM

Anyone think he's worth an add over any of my current D?
I could stash him on IR to see how to he pans out after his return, but I'd need to drop someone to activate him then. I also don't really like carrying more than 4 D. I drafted him and he was a disappointment before getting hurt.
