Going with the "where in the world is" reference.....
What's up wtih this guy? "Mr. Underrated" is "Mr. Lame" at this rate, won't break 50, yet alone his standard 70+... Any opinions out there?

maybe only 2 or 3 NHLers will break 50 pts this year
in a 48 game season, that would be heroic for Eriksson, even if he wasn't struggling (which of course he is) when an individual player is struggling, I don't worry too much about it if the entire team is also struggling. As a group, Dallas hasn't being scoring very much. Having Benn back in the lineup will help, but give the entire team more time to gel.

Loui actually hasn't gotten much of a chance to play with Jamie Benn this year.
He started the season with Roy-Jagr... which stumbled. He's currently playing with Roy-Ryder... not the greatest. He's really too-good-a-player for this to continue. He's been a 70pt player each of the last 3 years and I think he'll score at at least a 65pt pace from here forward. |

I've had Eriksson on my team for a while and even I knew that Roy, Jagr, Whitney would cause issues. Jagr is spoon fed easy ice time, Roy sucks.

Question: Do either of Loui or Whitney ever play at RW such that they could conceivably play on the same line? If so, Roy flanked by Loui and Whitney doesn't really seem like a bad consolation prize in terms of production potential.

Roy has actually been playing great hockey since his return from injury. Mind you, I didn't see what happened last night, but from the looks of it the entire team sucked.

Dallas is a better team with Eriksson/Ribiero/Ryder on 1st line and having Benn anchoring the 2nd line. But the new guys tend to force Eriksson to secondary duty a lot.
