Who's the better backup?
Cam ward and dubynk are on the trading block to and the guys looking for a C, where I've got 4 really good ones that I could probably trade one without missing them since I can only start 2 per day plus one in my F/D spot. My starting goalie is leightenen from DAL. Who would be the better backup for me?

Ward, hands down. Carolina will get more Ws than Edmonton and Ward is an overall better goalie and a proven workhorse.

Dubnyk is the better short term choice right now in my opinion.
But, Ward, like an above poster said, is a workhorse. He may be kind of streaky at the moment, but Ward has proven himself time and time again to be a solid goalie. He'll post the wins more than Dubnyk will, and he's got a Cup to his name. It's Cam Ward all the way my friend.
