Is this too high a price for Perry?

I was negotiating with this dude a while back to trade my Vanek for his Perry. Talks broke down then, but now he just offered me this;

His Perry, Filppula, 6th pick for my Vanek, Purcell, 4th pick. I guess he was fed up with Perry

Is this an overpayment for Perry? Is Filppula even worth anything at this point?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that we only keep 4 this year, and Perry would most likey going to be amongst my 4 keepers.

In my view anytime you can get Perry in a sell high trade its a good thing. I give this deal a thumbs up.

In my 10 man keeper league, ROTO, Perry was drafted 11th Overall, Vanek was drafted somewhere in the 5th round... Take this deal and run.

PLUS the guy's a UFA this offseason and you never know where he'll end up, perhaps on an offense-first team!
